Privacy Policy
Effective Date: March 3rd, 2022
1. This privacy policy applies to your use of the Discord Bots and related Services
operated by Teddy#0001 (together the "Services").
2. You implicitly agree to this privacy policy by using the Services, inviting one of
our bots to your server, or remaining in a server which utilizes one or more of our
bots.
3. Through your use of the Services, we may collect and use—
1. Information which you explicitly provide to us (example: content of modmail
messages and language preferences);
2. Information obtained through your interactions with the Services (example: text
commands, slash commands, reactions and button actions);
3. Information available to us through the Discord API (example: your Discord
snowflake ID and account creation date);
4. Information which you authorize us to access through oauth (example: whether
you are a member of a given server); and
5. Such other information as is reasonably necessary for or incidental to the
operation of the Service (example: the content of messages sent by you within a
moderated server is reasonably necessary for the operation of automated moderation
tools).
4. The information we collect under Clase 3 (the "Data"') is used to provide the
functionality of our Services (example: modmail, vanity roles, moderation tools and
games).
5. Some Data may be shared with third parties where it is necessary for the operation of
our services or required by law. In particular, we may communicate your snowflake ID,
the snowflake IDs of messages and the content of messages if we need to make a Trust and
Safety report to Discord. Generally, we do not possess any Data about you that Discord
does not already have. We may also pass along some parts of Data to our logging and
analytics providers (for example: the snowflake IDs of users initiating commands are
sent to sentry.io).
6. Examples provided in Clauses 3-5 are non-exhaustive and for illustrative purposes
only.
7. The Data we collect is processed and stored on a secure server. We utilize
commercially reasonable efforts to protect this Data, but total security cannot be
guaranteed.
